Pastry Club

A celebration of all things pastry

Feed your greed! This surprise menu of hand-made, locally-sourced dishes inspired by all things pastry and pies will be introduced in person by our team of pastry deviants.

Head chef Josh Whitehead says:

“Our pie night is a monthly supper club celebrating all things pastry. Expect a surprise menu of dishes all comprised of different pastry disciplines. Could be an elevated vol-au-vent with truffles and veal sweetbread, could be a love child of a donut and a suet pudding, or it could be a pork pie that has watched fear and loathing one too many times. Come with an open mind and an empty belly…”

Pastry Club is on the first Monday of every month. Book now for £45 per person. Vegetarian options available.

On 4 November we are joined by Andy Castle of Galleria, at Project House in Armley. Previously the head chef at Ox Club, Andy is known as the open fire cooking king of Leeds.

9 December is National Pastry Day. We will be holding our first Pastry Club AGM and celebrating with Calum Franklin, author of The Pie Room and the man who taught Josh how to make paté en croute.

Upcoming dates:

  • Monday 4 November, with Andy Castle of Galleria
  • Monday 9 December, Pastry Club AGM with Calum Franklin (£65)
