A celebration of all things pastry

Enjoy a tasting menu of delicious pastry at Kino, for £45 per person. Your surprise menu of hand-made, locally-sourced dishes inspired by all things pastry and pies will be introduced in person by our team of pastry deviants.

Head chef Josh Whitehead says:

“Our pie night is a monthly supper club celebrating all things pastry. Expect a surprise menu of dishes all comprised of different pastry disciplines. Could be an elevated vol-au-vent with truffles and veal sweetbread, could be a love child of a donut and a suet pudding, or it could be a pork pie that has watched fear and loathing one too many times. Come with an open mind and an empty belly…”

Pastry Club is on the first Monday of every month..  Book now for £45 per person.

SOLD OUT. In May we are joined by Luke Richardson, Executive Chef at Michelin-recommended Covino (Chester) and sister restaurant Climat (Manchester). Formerly Head Chef at the notoriously brilliant Sticky Walnut (Chester) and opening Wreckfish as part of the Elite Bistros Of The World Group. Having also worked at the fabulous Le Grand Bain in Paris he often describes his food as ‘Parisian ex-pat’ and has a focus on hyper-seasonal, sustainable and classic small plates. Playful, original and outrageously delicious dishes – like a wild horse, we’ve finally managed to wrangle him!

In June, Josh returns to the helm for more pastry based insanity – think you can handle it?!

Check out what you’ve missed.
