A celebration of all things pastry

Enjoy a tasting menu of delicious pastry at Kino, for £45 per person. Your surprise menu of hand-made, locally-sourced dishes inspired by all things pastry and pies will be introduced in person by our team of pastry deviants.

Head chef Josh Whitehead says:

“Our pie night is a monthly supper club celebrating all things pastry. Expect a surprise menu of dishes all comprised of different pastry disciplines. Could be an elevated vol-au-vent with truffles and veal sweetbread, could be a love child of a donut and a suet pudding, or it could be a pork pie that has watched fear and loathing one too many times. Come with an open mind and an empty belly…”

Pastry Club is on the first Monday of every month..  Book now for £45 per person.

On 4 March, for one special night, we are bringing together Kino and Whitelock’s Ale House for a pastry collaboration the likes of which Leeds have never seen before. Good friend and Head Chef of Whitelock’s, Nick Robertson, will join Pastry Club to put his spin on our monthly tasting menu of all things pastry and pie!

For April’s Pastry Club, we’re very excited to welcome Head Chef of Horto at Rudding Park, Adam Degg. Adam has a hugely impressive CV, having worked at the fantastic Chiltern Firehouse; Anthony Demetre’s one star MICHELIN, Wild Honey; and as Head Pastry Chef for Tom Kerridge’s two MICHELIN star, The Hand & Flowers. He has also been on this season of the BBC’s Great British Menu representing Yorkshire.
