Luke Richardson to host May Pastry Club

May’s Pastry Club sees our third guest chef taking over the Kino kitchen for an evening of culinary exploration inspired by all things pastry and pies.

Crossing the Pennines for the evening will be Luke Richardson, Executive Chef at Michelin-recommended Covino (Chester) and sister restaurant Climat (Manchester). Luke was formerly Head Chef at the notoriously brilliant Sticky Walnut (Chester) and opened Wreckfish as part of the Elite Bistros Of The World Group. He has also worked at the highly regarded Le Grand Pain in Paris.

“I often describe my food as ‘Parisian ex-pat’. My focus is on hyper-seasonal, sustainable and classic small plates with a playful, original twist.”

Diners can try Luke’s incredible flavour combinations in a range of pastry-inspired dishes on Monday 6 May at 7pm. Tickets cost £45 per head with vegetarian options available. Early booking is advised as places are limited.
