Kino shortlisted in 2024 Oliver Awards

Kino has been announced as a finalist in two of the categories – Sustainability and Speciality – at the upcoming 2024 Oliver Awards.

Now in their 15th year, the annual gongs celebrate the finest restaurants, bars, pubs, cafés, hotels, takeaways and chefs in Leeds. This year saw a record number of entries with over 200 businesses vying to be recognised for the quality of their food or drink offering.

Kino was shortlisted for its Sustainability thanks to its commitment to keeping everything seasonal and local with minimum waste, and in the Speciality category, in recognition of Josh Whitehead and his team’s passion for all things pastry and pies, including the launch of the monthly Pastry Club.

The award winners will be announced at a special ceremony in Leeds on Monday 18 March.
